Dina Tran, who owns the Deluxe Nail and Spa salons in the area with her husband, is the most meticulous nail art professional I have ever been to. Her ANC manicures take one hour because she meticulously buffs and sands so that the result is a thin, perfectly smooth swash of color on every nail.
